Speed up Outlook 2007

Since Xobni is faster, why shouldn’t Outlook 2007 be faster too?  Microsoft Outlook 2007 has been notably slow in cached mode, as well as other symptoms.  Microsoft has KB968009 written up about this issue, but has not made the hotfix publicly available yet.  Good news is, you can simply provide your email address, and receive a link to download the hotfix.
