I use Microsoft Outlook probably more than any other application (although Remote Desktop and Firefox are up there on the list). Outlook 2007 has been a great program, and I though that there wasn’t really anything that it lacked… until now! Xobni (Inbox spelled backwards) is hands down, the BEST Outlook plugin I’ve ever used. It not only indexes your mailbox, but also any PST files you have, tracks messages, keeps track of attachments, and has a lightning fast search!
Currently the product is in beta, but I’m a huge fan already. My only gripe, is there is no search toolbar. In the future, I’d love to see this type of organization handle my Word/Excel docs as well – Maybe in a future release?
Until then, enjoy Xobni – go get it here – you won’t be disapointed!!!
