Here is a beautiful theme for Windows XP, in a nice Blue color. This is an official theme, so no file patching needed to make it work. Simply install, and choose the theme!

I use several Instant Message clients; Google Talk, MSN Messenger, AIM, Yahoo!, and Facebook. It can be quite a pain to have so many clients running on your machine, let me tell you! I’ve used a few IM clients in the past, but have been rather disappointed by them all.
Not anymore! I’ve been running Digsby for a few weeks now, and absolutely love it! Digsby brings ALL my IM protocols into one windows client. It is hands down the best IM client I have ever used!

If you are a good nerd, you’ve downloaded some sort of CD / DVD image file, in in number of formats: .iso .bin .cue, and several other types. There are many ways to access these files, like burning them (as intended I suppose) or mounting them with a virtual device. I used to use Daemon Tools for everything, but I ran across Elby’s Virtual Clone Drive.
One of the coolest thing is that you can right click on the virtual CD/DVD drive, and choose to Mount or Unmount. Nothing runs in the tray, and I didn’t even have to restart my machine after installing!
Virtual CloneDrive is a free product from Elby, a company that offers cloning software.

Recently Microsoft released an update (also in SP1 for Vista) to the RDP (Remote Desktop Client) that seemed to break the /console. I found this out earlier this week when trying to connect to the console of a server, but would not - would only connect to the normal RDP non-console session.
Well, after verifying that my shortcut to with the /console switch was there, and I wasn’t going crazy, I ran mstsc.exe /? from the run line, only to find this:
/admin — Connects you to the session for administering a server.
Needless to say, I think Microsoft should have given some warning about this, or at least keep /console active until the next release - to give people a chance to the change. But that is my opinion…
